Anyone who does or does not watch the nba, knows that the Miami Heat made a big splash with their two acquisitions of Lebron James and Chris Bosh. I am a huge basketball fan, and very excited for this upcoming nba season, but come on, stop talking about the Miami Heat. Every time I go to espn.com or watch sportscenter, all I hear is Miami Heat this, Miami Heat that. I am happy for the Miami Heat, but the talk needs to stop. What about the Los Angeles Lakers?, there has been little talk about the Lakers after their back to back championships. Just because the Miami Heat have three superstars do not mean they will win it all. Look at the 2004 Los Angeles Lakers, when they had Karl Malone, Gary Peyton, Kobe Bryant, Shaq O’neal, and others. They did not win it all with a lot talent on one team. The Detriot Pistons won in 2004, because they were more of a team-oriented squad and had a lot of chemistry, while the Lakers were trying to win it with talent alone. I know that the Miami Heat will be very good this year, most likely, the team with the best record heading into the playoffs. But, sport news shows need to talk about something else. Talk about Greg Oden returning back to the Trailblazers, Kobe Bryant and Andrew Bynum coming off surgery, Asking Chris Paul is he really happy to stay with the New Orleans Hornets, anything. I wish that the sports media will stop talking about the Heat each and every day. They should not talk about the Miami Heat until the regular season starts. Just give it a rest for a while. There are a lot of things happening in the sports world outside of the Miami Heat, geesh. Is there anyone who agrees with me?
